We get curious about the moments food shows up, without judgment, and build kinder ways to meet what you are feeling, while making sure you are eating enough so food is not carrying more than its share.

Is emotional eating a bad thing?

Not at all. It is one of many normal ways people cope. We simply look at whether it is serving you and gently add other options, without shame.

Do sessions happen online?

Yes, every session is virtual, by secure video, anywhere in Canada.
