Do I have to focus on weight loss?

No. The work is weight-inclusive and not centred on changing your size. The focus is a calmer, kinder relationship with food and body.

Are you a therapist?

I am a Registered Dietitian, not a therapist. I support the food and body relationship and can work alongside a therapist when deeper body-image work is needed.
