You do not need a diagnosis to deserve support

Disordered eating lives on a wide spectrum, and you do not need a formal diagnosis or a crisis to reach out. If food and body have started to take up too much space, that is reason enough.

How we work on it together

With patience and zero judgment, weight-inclusive throughout, we work at your pace toward a calmer, safer relationship with eating, and I can coordinate with your wider care team when that helps.

Questions

Is this the same as eating disorder treatment?

I provide compassionate nutrition support and work alongside therapists and physicians where needed. For acute eating disorders, care is best as a team, and I can be part of that team.

Do you work from a weight-inclusive approach?

Yes. The work is weight-inclusive and non-diet throughout.

You do not have to figure this out alone

The first call is free, and there is no pressure to continue. It is just a calm conversation about what you are looking for.
