How I can help

When your child is struggling with food

Watching your child struggle with food is one of the most frightening things a parent can face. Support for your family, without blame.

You did not cause this

Eating disorders are complex illnesses, not the result of something you said at dinner. Blame helps no one. What helps is knowing what to say, what not to say, and how to make meals feel safer, and those are learnable skills.

How we work on it together

I support parents and families with practical guidance, meal support strategies, and an honest picture of what recovery looks like day to day, coordinated with your child's treatment team so everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Questions

My child refuses help. What can I do?

Start with support for you. When parents feel steadier and know how to respond, the home environment often shifts, and that matters more than it feels like right now.

Do you replace my child's treatment team?

No. I work alongside physicians, therapists, and pediatric specialists, and I will always tell you when a higher level of care is the right call.

You do not have to figure this out alone

The first call is free, and there is no pressure to continue. It is just a calm conversation about what you are looking for.
