Discipline, leanness, and control are celebrated in sport, which makes underfueling and disordered eating easy to miss and easy to praise. Low energy availability, sometimes called RED-S, affects performance, bones, hormones, and mood, and it is far more common than most athletes realize.

How we work on it together

Will eating more hurt my performance?

Underfueling is what hurts performance. Adequate, consistent fueling is the foundation of speed, strength, and recovery, and athletes usually feel the difference quickly.

Do you only work with elite athletes?

No. Recreational runners, gym goers, dancers, and student athletes all face the same pressures, and all of them deserve support.
