Men get eating disorders too

A large share of people with eating disorders are men, but stigma, stereotypes, and gym cultures that celebrate extremes keep most from ever reaching out. Bingeing, rigid clean eating, compulsive training, and body preoccupation are all real, and all treatable.

How we work on it together

No lectures and no assumptions. We look at what eating and training actually look like for you, rebuild a steadier relationship with food, and keep the parts of your routine that genuinely serve you.

Questions

Is it strange for a man to see a dietitian about this?

Not at all, and more men are doing it than you would guess. Struggling with food is human, not gendered.

I do not think my situation is serious enough. Should I still reach out?

If food or body thoughts are taking up more room than you would like, that is reason enough. You do not need a diagnosis to deserve support.

You do not have to figure this out alone

The first call is free, and there is no pressure to continue. It is just a calm conversation about what you are looking for.
