The cycle is not a character flaw

Bingeing and purging usually grow out of restriction, stress, and shame, and the cycle feeds itself. It is not weakness, and secrecy is what keeps it strong. Steady, judgment free support helps loosen its grip.

How we work on it together

We interrupt the cycle at its root, which is usually under-eating, and build regular, adequate, flexible eating your body can rely on. We work through urges, trigger times, and the shame that keeps everything hidden, alongside your therapist and physician where helpful.

Questions

Will you be shocked or judge what I tell you?

No. Nothing you share will be new to me, and none of it changes the care you deserve. This is a shame free space.

Why do I binge even when I do not want to?

Bingeing is most often the body's response to restriction and unmet needs, not a failure of control. When eating becomes regular and enough, the urges quiet down.

You do not have to figure this out alone
