Questions

Do you do the low FODMAP approach?

Where it is appropriate, yes, and always in the least restrictive, most supported way, with a clear plan to reintroduce foods. The goal is relief without fear.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No referral is needed to work with me, though it helps to have your medical workup done so we rule out anything that needs a physician.
